Education, Skills and/or Experience:
- Basic knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Accounting principles.
- Knowledge of order generation and order entry procedures.
- Sales Associate or equivalent training in detail-oriented sales support or customer service roles.
- Ability to follow up with customers on order status/tracking with proven methods.
- Computer software skills: Windows, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
