Education, Skills and/or Experience:
· Basic knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Accounting
· Positive attitude at all times and a willingness to learn
· Self-motivated and able to thrive without direction from supervisor
· Ability to succeed in high pressure situations without showing signs of frustration.
· Good organizational skills and willingness to complete required paperwork
· Experience in a customer service or inside sales
· Excellent Communication and People skills
· Experience with Order Management software, SAP is a plus
· Competency with computers, proficiency MS Excel and MS Dynamics CRM are a plus
Physical and Mental:
· Ability to communicate effectively both verbally, and in writing, in English
· Work in a team environment with an eagerness to work with others
· Ability to operate office machinery (telephone, copier, fax, PC)
· Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment as necessary
· Ability to lift up to 25lbs
