Education, Skills, and/or Experience:
- Basic knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Accounting
- Positive attitude at all times and a willingness to learn
- Self-motivated and able to thrive without direction from supervisor
- Ability to succeed in high-pressure situations without showing signs of frustration.
- Good organizational skills and willingness to complete required paperwork
- Experience in customer service or inside sales
- Excellent Communication and People skills
- Experience with Order Management software, SAP is a plus
- Competency with computers, proficiency in MS Excel and MS Dynamics CRM are a plus
Physical and Mental:
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally, and in writing, in English
- Work in a team environment with an eagerness to work with others
- Ability to operate office machinery (telephone, copier, fax, PC)
- Ability & willingness to wear Personal Protective Equipment as required to perform duties safely or as directed.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. as needed.
- Ability to bend or stoop as needed.
- Ability to work in warehouse environment as needed.
